Народився у с. Клепали Буранського району Сумської обл.
Учасник бойових дій Великій Вітчизняній війни. Перебував у концтаборах 1942-1945 (Вевельсбург, Бухенвальд -Німеччина). Член Спілки художників України з 1966. Працював у галузі станкової, книжної графіки, плакату. Закінчив рабфак Белоцерківського сільськогосподарчого інституту у 1935. Учасник всесоюзних, республіканських, обласних виставок. У 1975 році 24 його малюнки експонувались в ГДР на Міжнародній виставці "Воля до життя за колючим дротом" (Веймар, Берлін, Дрезден). Персональна виставка. Донецьк. 1986.

Bom in Klepali, Buransky district, Sumy region. Took part in the military operations of the 11 World War. Between 1942 and 1945 was in concentration camps (Wevelsburg, Buchenwald, Germany).
The Union of Artists of Ukraine member since 1966. Worked in the field of easel, book drawing, placard. Graduated from worker's faculty of the Belaya Tserkov Agricultural Institute in 1935. Participant of the all-Union, republic and regional exhibitions.
24 of his works were exhibited in Germany at the International "Will of Life beyond the Barbed Wire" Exhibition, 1975, Weimar, Berlin, Dresden.
